Surety Leadership

Surety Leadership Quotes

“Since taking the leadership reins, our management group held a strong commitment to supporting our communities, neighbor and world as a whole. After several years of doing so through the company, we chose to solidify this fundamental principle and founded Surety Charitable Foundation to further achieve this end,” says Brian Klaus Surety Principal and President. He goes on to add, “what we found in its development was that our staff’s interests differ. Some have a passion for children; others look to support science and research. There are those who lend a hand by building houses and some support our loyal pets and animals. For me, I am a great proponent of education and mentoring. We recognized that despite these varied passions we share one core goal – to make a difference.”

Since taking the leadership reins, our management group held a strong commitment to supporting our communities, neighbor and world as a whole.

“It is the differences that are inherent within every team that was the basis for the way Surety Charitable Foundation was built. We felt as a group, we could make an even greater difference,” Keith Langan, Principal and Executive VP explains. “Staff at every level are encouraged to take part in company supported activities but also giving to causes closer to home. That’s what makes our list of charitable partners so admirable . It makes me proud to be part of a team, this team, and support so many worthwhile groups.”

Our Work

Surety Charitable Foundation is a private 501(c)(3) organization founded, led and supported by a likeminded group who believes that as a team, we can make a greater difference in the lives of others, the communities around us and the world as a whole. What may seem a lofty mission, we recognize even the smallest steps can make an impact. Through teamwork and partnership we can achieve such small steps knowing that for each small step will eventually reach a mile.

Making the Difference
  • Make a difference in the lives of those young and old

  • Make a difference to those we know and don’t know
  • Make a difference in the far corners of the world
  • Make a difference in the lives of those who share our planet
  • Make a difference through action versus words
  • Make a difference with even the smallest of acts
