Biography

Chris has over 15yrs+ in the title industry.  His expertise is in the 2^nd home, residential shore market where he manages two Surety offices in Cape May County (Ocean City & Wildwood Crest).   Chris also handles a large amount of commercial clients in both NJ & PA.  Because he is a notary of public in both NJ & PA this allows him the ability to conduct most of his commercial transactions.  His customers get a great sense of customer service and satisfaction to know he will be at the closing table.
