Biography

Keith has 25 years of title insurance industry experience, specializing in Sales, Refinances, Commercial Property Transactions and Large Developer and Builder out sales. In June 2011, Keith joined Surety Title as Executive Vice President/Partner.  Keith’s proven hands-on approach is evident in his ability to coordinate client orders and handle closings. Keith has attended over a thousand closings and generated millions of dollars in revenue in his career. Contributing to Keith’s success is his ability to make strong and lasting relationships with his clients, creating lifelong and personal relationships, not just business relationships. Keith’s clients can attest to how hard he works to make every closing run smoothly, no matter how complex. He has earned his reputation as a title agent who gets things done.

Keith is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Builders League of South Jersey, Board of Business Committed to South Jersey and the Board of the Risk Management Association. He is continuously giving back to the community by supporting numerous charities and Fundraisers.   Keith is a native of Medford, NJ who now resides in Cherry Hill. He attended Shawnee High School and graduated in 1991. He attained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree from the University of Delaware with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Economics. At Delaware, he participated in the Football Program from 1991 to 1996. He was the starting Quarterback for the 1994 and 1995 seasons. He was a member Pi Kappa Alpha (Pika) Fraternity. When he is not working, Keith enjoys all sports, especially basketball and golf, and spending time with his Family—Wife–Tracy, Son—Zachary, Daughters —Emerson & Kinley.
