Biography

Megan’s dynamic personality and teamwork skills contribute to her success in working with attorneys, realtors, builders, and lenders. Megan has been in the title insurance industry for 28+ years and with Surety Title for 20 of those years. Megan Kurtz Maher has worked on the processing and closing side of this business which helps give her the edge of understanding what is involved in many of the transactions. She still has the outlook “You learn something new every day.” She is a member of the Nexus Association of REALTORS – Ocean County, Realtor Community Service Committee (RCS).  Her true passion is in volunteering and giving back to local charities.
